Liberty Preservation Act: Local Resolution

    I would like to ask the Wilkes-Barre city council and the Luzerne county council to pass the Liberty Preservation Act: Local Resolution. We must protect our basic fundamental rights of the United States Constitution. Protect freedom and liberty for everyone. Protect our sovereignty. Stop any intrusion from the federal government when it comes to our personal rights. We must restore the Constitution of the Republic. Nullify the NDAA and the PATRIOT Act. What happen to the president to uphold, protect and preserve the constitution?
