Last month we reported on Wilkes-Barre Parking Enforcement Officer Nicholas Cave after a Wilkes-Barre resident complained to the paper of harassing behavior by the attendant at her residence. Follow-up with the city, of course, has produced no further information, but a reader who noticed our July article reported to the Gazette that Mr. Cave had harassment and simple assault charges pending before Magistrate Rick Cronauer.
