Many people every day are having their rights taken from them and yet have no recourse. That is the big problem in this country. The attorneys don’t work for you, they work for the BAR, the British Accreditation Registry . . . a foreign entity. They do not care about your civil rights. The BAR control all attorneys with a BAR card. They control judges, attorneys, all politicians who are attorneys, as well as running the courts.

A group of about twelve interested in the common law grand jury model met at the Edwardsville Grotto Pizza at the end of April to learn more about that type of jury. Wilkes-Barre resident Rick Wright moderated the discussion in addition to presenting a video from the National Liberty Alliance website, www.NationalLibertyAlliance.com. The video focused on the Texas Transportation Code, delving into the specialized legal use of common words such as “vehicle,” “commercial motor vehicle,” “transport,” “traveler” and others. Latin legal terms, of course, were sprinkled into the presentation, such as malum prohibitum (wrong due to being prohibited) and mens rea (guilty mind).
The Common Law Grand Jury, though dormant for over half a century, provides a way to restore honor, mercy, and justice to the institution of government. “Thus those acting in the name of government must come before the common man to get permission to enforce a law.” For enlightenment on the Common Law Grand Jury go to www.NationalLibertyAlliance.org.
