A Lesson in Civics — Pennsylvania specific

Below are the definitions of barratry, maintenance,
and champerty from TheFreeDictionary.com:
Barratry: In Criminal Law, the frequent incitement of lawsuits and quarrels that is a punishable offense.
Maintenance: Unauthorized intervention by a nonparty in a lawsuit, in the form of financial or other support and assistance to prosecute or defend the litigation.
Champerty: (A)n agreement between the party suing in a lawsuit (plaintiff) and another person, usually an attorney, who agrees to finance and carry the lawsuit in return for a percentage of the recovery (money won and paid).
Now, watch, in part or in whole, PCN-TV’s September 16, 2014, call-in program about “Ballot Access” and answer the following questions:
• For what purpose do the speakers imply ballot access laws were promulgated and passed in Pennsylvania?
• Are members of the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania willfully conspiring with those who promulgate and enact the barratrous codes, statutes, ordinances, etc., of a criminal enterprise, an enterprise whose primary purpose is to extort corporeal and incorporeal wealth from people through a unified system of maintenance and champerty?
• Should those who perpetrate and perpetuate common law crimes such as barratry, maintenance, and champerty be indicted for treason?
During the aforementioned, and linked, PCN-TV call-in about ballot access in Pennsylvania, Senator Folmer alluded to our intended form of government, its founding documents, and Senate Bill 195, a bill he sponsored to level the field for ballot access to minor party and independent political candidates. Therefore, as an adjunct to this lesson, let’s take this opportunity to re-acquaint ourselves with that much-relied-on 1776 “Declaration of Independence” and question why Senator Folmer’s SB 195 is important.
What was the first and foremost purpose of that oft-quoted
1776 “Declaration of Independence”?
To assist the reader, without changing any of the words in the first paragraph of this document, I’ve inserted the numbers “1” and “2” and prefaced the “process” in brackets for clarity. In so doing, that first paragraph may read:
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to [1] dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and [2] to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, [the process includes] a decent respect to the opinions of mankind [and] requires that they [mankind] should declare [be vocal about] the causes which impel them to the separation.
Now, ask yourself this:
“Am I being vocal about the causes which impel me to separate from those re-constructed ‘political bands’ and ‘assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle me’?”
Only The People Can Save America! Will you?
Stake your claim at NationalLibertyAlliance.org and ask your (Pennsylvania) Senator to co-sponsor SB 195.
