Just wondering if you have taken notice that there are only ten buildings left between the former Bartikowsky Jewelers and the clock tower. Wilkes University will have all that land before Leighton is out of office. No wonder why he wanted to tear down the five properties from East Northampton Street to the Frank Clark Jeweler building.
