Revolution or Evolution?

Since it has now become undeniably apparent that we are in the midst of a major change in this country—one way or another—many questions are being raised about what is the correct course of action to take. Although the majority of Americans are still fast asleep at the wheel, change of some sort will be waking them from their slumber soon enough. Whether you are one who understands this or not, the current path that America is following is unsustainable, no matter how you try to look at it. If you want to look at it from a financial perspective, you could say the collapse is coming, and you wouldn’t be wrong, but most people who say that forget to add that the collapse has already taken place and now the value of Federal Reserve Notes (aka, “dollars”) continues to plummet, since they only maintain their value as long as confidence persists in that fiat Monopoly-money currency.

As you might be aware, the state of financial affairs for the US government is being held together by toothpicks, glue, and a whole bunch of lies being told by people who are losing credibility by the day—or is it by the minute? Your guess on how long this house of cards can stand is as good as mine. I don’t have the time to explain what the consequences of a complete financial collapse would be, but I can say that it would be one of the worst disasters imaginable. Remember that, and the government which brought us to this point, as we advance deeper into this article.

There are many other ways to look at the changes being forced on us here in America. Make no mistake about it, as of right now, everything I will be saying IS being forced upon you. I’m struggling to find a way to describe everything we are facing without being accused of fear mongering, but that accusation would not only be misleading and a half-truth, but morally wrong. What many thought was America, “land of the free,” as indeed it once was, has been turned into a hybrid of 1984 and Brave New World. This Orwellian nightmare which many of us are perceiving still has most Americans hypnotized, as they wave the flag and pat each other on the back because of how free they are, even as they are unlawfully monitored by the FBI, tracked by the NSA, labeled and targeted by DHS, and sexually assaulted by the TSA. That is, unless you are walking about, and even then in some cases that doesn’t matter, since you need to have the proper documents and paperwork to prove who you are, so other humans in costumes can determine if you are fit for traveling on the King’s Highway, err, I mean, the interstate highways.

Did you break one of the “State’s” rules or regulations, where their justification for extorting money out of you is that it’s “for the good of the people”? All this time while traveling you are under the surveillance of cameras at every corner, in every building you walk into, especially if it’s one of the banks you believe protect your paper currency, that nine times out of ten is an international bank seeking to end America so they can globalize, anyway—but I digress. There you will need two, sometimes three forms of identification to get your money (it is yours, isn’t it?). Sometimes they take your money and you’ll have no recourse whatsoever, yet most have been fooled into thinking they need to accept and participate in this system. Sorry to inform them, but the powers that be are just getting warmed up now, with authority being increasingly centralized as the days pass, and the people becoming more polarized, as well. As a result, those who are awake are becoming more aware and more desperate to cling to freedom, but finding nothing to grab onto, while the rest drift further into a state of pseudo-contentedness where, even if they do recognize their slavery, they’ve given up, accepted it, and gone back to the blissful escape of television.

So, what we have is a perfect storm for change, but the critical question still remains: what kind of change? I’ve prided myself for many years now on being open-minded to just about anything, but only because I’ve been wrong about so much in my younger years, as far as geopolitics is concerned. Since then I have adhered to the facts and used common sense and logic, and I believe because I have looked at subjects with these guidelines and attempted to be as objective as possible, that those are the reasons I have been so accurate concerning so many topics over the last seven-plus years.

Now, here’s where the floor drops out from under your feet. For many years now I have said that people will need to make a decision as to what they are fighting for, what they are loyal to. I’ve asked people on many occasions, Where does your loyalty lie—with Freedom or with the United States government? I phrase the question this way because the two really are adversarial nowadays. I have always used the US Constitution as my compass, maintaining that those 18 pages and the Bill of Rights were the Law of the Land, and that if we can just find a way to get back to them, then we might be able to find ourselves in a free land once again. Now, I know there are people that will compare America to other countries and say, “At least it’s not so and so,” but my standard of freedom is not some third-world, tin-pot dictatorship.

I now find myself asking, Are these the questions the Founders asked? I certainly understand the US Constitution and would welcome nothing more quickly than a return to a free society, which, by the way, none of us has ever known. Some might try to live free, but it’s not without the constant threat of being met with the violence of an oppressive government. Is a restoration really going to work when every time you gain an inch, they take a mile? Are you really going to change things for the better by playing within the very system that has brought us to the brink of destruction, where the rest of the world hates the United States? It’s truly a testament to the forgiveness of the rest of the world that there aren’t bombs going off in every city of this country every day. Do you think for one second “they,” whoever you think “they” are, hate Americans for our “freedom” and not because the US military invades country after country, leaving a swath of death in its path as the destruction machine labels boys in sandals “soldiers” and “cowards” as they’re killed by drones piloted from remote control command centers located halfway around the world?

Not to mention that if “they” hated us for our freedom, then this “War on Terror” would have been done and over with a long time ago, because I don’t see what liberties truly remain in this country. Shouldn’t their hatred be a mild dislike at this point? Many people who now claim to be fighting for freedom and who quote the Founders forget that when those 56 men signed their own death warrants by declaring their independence from the Crown, they didn’t have a form of government in mind. They were just done with tyranny and decided that they would rather die than to live as slaves and serfs under the rule of the Crown. So why are people so shocked and scared when many in the Freedom Movement say we are actually fighting for freedom when a select few make rules that you must follow or you’re met with the barrel of a gun, when these oligarchs can’t even follow their own laws and regularly and openly break them, even while the people have no recourse? When they have rigged elections to give the people the illusion of choice that now, thanks to technology, can be proven without a doubt to indeed be a mirage. When they make more unjust laws to extort you out of money—or imprison you for years of your life without even blinking an eye. When they make laws to ensure that they keep their power and try to ensure that you can never get back up again. Make no mistake about it, this IS tyranny.

While many people will say this is blasphemy to the Constitution, I beg of you to show me where I’m wrong, for men once said

“When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. . . . That whenever ANY form of Government becomes destructive to these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles and Organizing its Powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

While some may call me a radical when I assert that this government has become oppressive and destructive to these ends, and that it is no longer an option to sit idly by or to even try to play within its rules, and that we must all now recognize that, yes, although it is dangerous to call for the Federal Government to be abolished, I have come to believe that the greater danger is in allowing it to continue on its current course. If this is the only right we have left, then I will gladly call for us to exercise it.
