Leaked Luzerne County Prison Misconduct Report
Date: 02-29-2012 @ approximately 6:00am
On the above date and approximate time the breakfast meal was sent to this Captain and Lieutenant. It consisted of three overcooked fried eggs a piece of ham and an untoasted bagel. This meal is very inadequate and incorrectly cooked. This is typical of the meals served from the kitchen and consistently inadequate meals. Picture attached. This is typical of the poor quality of meals consistently being prepared for staff by the kitchen staff.
